- L5-S1: disc extrusion, central to left, with a 15×10×10 mm fragment extending down behind S1, pressing on the left S1 nerve root. Left foramen narrowed, touching the exiting left L5 root.
- L3-L4: small central extrusion (10×6×3 mm) behind L4, touching both L4 roots.
- Degenerative disc changes L3-L4 through L5-S1.
